COOKING SESSION WITH KIHYUN

Hello lovely Monbebes around the world! And welcome back to our “Cooking Session with Kihyun”. How did it go with the last one? Did anyone of you have any struggles with the cooking? If yes you’re welcome to comment below and I will try to help you :).

Today we are going to make “Curry with japanese style”.

It’s really easy to make and it’s also freaking delicious!!

So first of all we need our ingredients!!

2 onions (I used only 1 because it was big)

2 cloves of garlic

120 g Beef ( I used 250g)

600ml water

Salt, pepper

Carnola oil

Butter (1-2 tbsp)

2 cubes of japanese curry

rice (make as much rice as you need->it variets for the people)

Let us start with the delicious curry :). First of all Kihyun cut everything in the beginning, it’s also faster if you have everything all ready! The beef cut into small slices and the onions chopped up into small pieces. He began to cut the cloves of garlic into flakes and then roasted them gently in a frying pan until they were golden (use the caronla oil but please be careful!!). Afterwards put them on the side, you will need them as decoration later for your meal.

Our next step is to roast the onions in the frying pan (medium heat) and then after a few minutes put the beef into the frying pan. Now take the salt and pepper and season your onion-beef-mix with them. Now we need our butter! Put the butter into the frying pan and stir up the beef-onion mixture. Then take the water and put it into the frying pan and put the lid on your frying pan. Make sure the heat is at maximum and now we wait 🙂

After 5-10 minutes take your japanese curry and divide it into 4 pieces. Take 2 cubes out of it and into your frying pan!

Stir up the curry and you can see that it will get thicker after some time! Now you can already smell the  curry and at this point I got so hungry XD XD . This smell made me hungry and I didn’t want to wait any longer :D. After a few minutes your curry is ready!!

Take a bowl and put the rice in it (I used one bowl for rice and curry but Kihyun devided it into 2). Our last step is to put the garlic flakes on the top of our curry as decoration and now you’re ready to enjoy your meal 🙂

Usually I’m not the kind of person who eats 2 bowl….but OMG it was freaking delicious XD WELL DONE KIHYUN!
