Cooking Session with Kiyhun: Ramyeon Special

Hello everyone and welcome back to our cooking session with Kiyhun! It doesn’t matter if it’s MonstaX or another Idol group… EVERYONE loves ramyeon (especially Wonho πŸ˜‰ ). And because of that I thought I should write a post about ramyeon.. with some tips and also advices! πŸ™‚

So let us begin πŸ˜‰

 

First of all the ingredients:

there are different kind of ramyeon brands and also with different flavours.

I usually have 2 different brands and flavoursΒ  at home

eggs (1-2)

onions

some seaweed (if you want)

toast cheese (going to explain why later πŸ˜‰ )

you can also give in your ramyeon some herbs .. just do what you feel like would be good πŸ˜‰

And now let’s start cooking our awesome ramyeon!! First of all cut your onions and give them into a pan with some butter or oil (your choice) and let them stir till they are a little golden. Then give water into the big pan and heat it up.

Give your pulvers which are in your ramyeon package into the boiling water and after 1-2 minutes put the ramyeon noodles into the pan too.

Now it’s time to get our eggs ready. The eggs make it more yummy and whenever I do that I kinda have to think of the Law of the Jungle episode with Shownu when they just got an egg and also ramyeon pulver to make a soup XD

After you put your egg into the soup you should take some cooking chopstickes (if you don’t have those it doesn’t matter! ) and carfully stir the soup with your sticks. If you’re careful enough the eddyork will not get destroyed πŸ˜‰ and it’s a little soft and still liquid inside πŸ˜‰

It’s time for the cheese! I once watched an asian drama and there the guy put in his ramyeon some cheese. He said if it’s too spicy the cheese makes it more smooth and less spicy.. since then I often use cheese and it taste DELICIOUS!!! Stir the soup again and afterwards give the pan to the side. I usually eat from the pan when I’m alone but of course if you’re a with friends or your family you can give some bowls next to the soup and everyone just get’s the ramyeon out of the pan.
